Eric Schrock, Director and Deputy, ISR and UAS at Lockheed Martin Skunk Works, has more than 20 years' experience in the aerospace and defense industry, with strengths in Skunk Works approaches to both product and technology development, leadership of advanced development organizations at the leading edge of business, multidisciplinary technical background in integrated system design and supporting engineering areas.
He began his career with Lockheed Martin in 1996 as a senior research engineer for aerodynamics. In addition to his current position, he has since held the positions of senior staff engineer for advanced development programs, senior manager for conceptual design, deputy and director of technology development and integration and of technology and product innovation, director of engineering, director of air vehicle technology roadmaps. He worked for Sikorsky Aircraft as manager of advanced concepts from 2000-02 before returning to Lockheed Martin.
Schrock is an associate fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and has won several awards for service and achievement. He is an adjunct faculty member in aerospace engineering at Cal Poly Pomona and an active mentor with MIT's Gordon Engineering Leadership Program.
