Duo of Engineering Students Earns ROTC Honors

Earlier this month, Adam Lynn Robinson and Paul Michael Sitler, both recent graduates of UT Arlington's College of Engineering, earned not only their Air Force ROTC commission, but also the Air Force Distinguished Cadet Award.
According to the ROTC Web site, the Distinguished Cadet Award is presented to cadets who have demonstrated outstanding qualities of leadership, high moral character and academic proficiency. Robinson and Sitler are both members of the ROTC group headquartered at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth.
In total, 11 commissions were awarded at the ceremony; of those, eight were issued to UTA students.
