Cindy Bradfield (BE) sorts gifts for Angel Tree children

Cindy Bradfield (BE) sorts the College's gifts for the Angel Tree children.

Led by the Computer Science and Engineering Department and the College's administrative staff, the College "adopted" four children from the Angel Tree to ensure that those children will have gifts at Christmas. Led by Cindy Bradfield (Bioengineering) and Pam McBride (Computer Science and Engineering), donations from faculty and staff --$450 from Computer Science and Engineering faculty alone -- provided every item on each child's need list and wish list.

"Everyone who participates is so generous, but I'm especially proud of the Computer Science and Engineering faculty for donating so much to these children," said McBride. "They really enjoy helping. It's great to see them coming in with a big smile on their faces, saying 'Here's some money for the kids!'"
