CAPS offers a variety of workshops and services for currently enrolled UT Arlington graduate students.

The National Grad Crisis Line

Tha National Grad Crisis Line offers free and confidential telephone counseling, crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and information/referral services.

The National Center for Facutly Development and Diversity (NCFDD)

The NCFDD offers a variety of online resources and programs focusing on self-care, overcoming imposter syndrome, and more. The NCFDD is an online resource provided by UT Arlington, but you must sign-up for the resource in order to access the webinars. As a graduate student at UT Arlington you have free access to the NCFDD website.
