The Honors College binds all Capstone Projects. One copy is sent to the UTA Library, one to Special Collections, one to the Carolyn A. Barros Honors College Reading Room, and one to the student.
Once an Honors Project has final approval, each student must provide the Honors College with a minimum of four copies for binding. Copies must comply with the following guidelines:
- Each copy must be printed (single-sided) on acid-free, 25% cotton, 20-lb white paper (this can be found in any office supply store).
- Place each copy in a separate manila envelope.
- Write your name clearly on the outside of the envelope and underline the last name that you want to be stamped on the spine of the book.
- Do not clip, staple, or bind the pages together in any way.
Bring your copies to the Honors College and give them to one of the advisers. After the copies have been bound, the student's copy will be mailed to the address he or she provided at the Honors Research Symposium.
