The Apartment and Residence Life staff is the team that works with our resident assistants (RAs) and office assistant (OA) student staff members to provide resources, activities and a great sense of community for all of our students. Many of the professional staff members in this department live on campus in our buildings and are readily available to serve students. Residence Assistants
Resident Assistants (RAs) are students selected on the basis of leadership, experience, scholarship and the desire to help resident students realize their potential for personal-development through group living.
Office Assistants
Office Assistants are students selected on the basis of leadership, life experience, and the desire to be part of an extraordinary customer service team for residential communities.
Summer Conference Staff
Conference Staff are students selected on the basis of leadership, experience, scholarship, ability to promote the University while helping to operate a fast-paced hotel-like operation, and desire to help resident students realize their potential for self-development through group living.
