Note 2: Monthly rates are per apartment. Students in these communities may choose to have a roommate and split expenses. Rates shown are effective August 1, 2020 to July 31, 2021 and subject to the Board of Regents approval.
Note 3: Monthly rates are per bed. Other residents may be assigned to vacant bedroom(s)/beds in the apartment. Roommate matching is available in furnished apartment communities. Rates shown are effective August 1, 2020 to July 31, 2021 and subject to the Board of Regents approval.
Note 4: Residents must satisfy the minimum lease term outlined in the lease. Renewal leases are available for residents who desire to stay after satisfying their minimum lease term requirements. Early lease termination is only available to residents who meet specific requirements as outlined in the lease. 12 month lease may not equal 12 months for new students. Current residents sign renewal leases for a 12-month term.
Note 5: Utilities typically include electric, gas and water. Residents who are responsible to pay their own electric (as noted in the chart) must contract for service through Texas Electric Choice. Electricity is included for University-owned apartments.
Note 6: High-speed internet and WiFi service is provided at no additional charge at Arbor Oaks, Centennial Court, Meadow Run, The Heights on Pecan, Timber Brook, The Lofts, and University Village Apartments. Residents of all other apartment communities may contract with their own internet service provider.
Note 8: A full-size washer and dryer are provided at no additional charge in all Arbor Oaks, Meadow Run, The Heights on Pecan, The Lofts, and Timber Brook Apartments. Centennial Court residents can use pay-for-service machines in the on-site laundry center. All other apartment residents may use the free unlimited laundry facilities located at or near each apartment community.
Note 9: Swimming pools are located as shown in the chart. UTA apartment residents may use the pool closest to their community. In addition, an indoor and Olympic-sized outdoor pool are available to all UTA students at the Activities Building.
Note 10: Only 2 bedroom apartments are furnished at The Lofts at College
There is no application fee for University-owned apartments. A $150 security deposit and prorated rent are due with a UTA apartment or house lease.
A $215 non-refundable processing fee is due with each Centennial Court application. If you do not have a guarantor who is a U.S Citizen and will act as your co-signer, a $150 deposit may be applicable.
