Sign up for UTA Housing tour or view us virtually! To sign up for a UTA Housing tour, please visit the Dan Dipert Welcome Center Website. Housing tours begin at the Welcome Center, and are scheduled Monday-Saturday. Our weekday tours begin at 12 p.m., while Saturday tours being at 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. Currently, we are able to host up to four students per tour.

Housing tour

University Housing encourages you to come and visit us. We have a number of options for you if you are interested in coming to see our properties or visit the whole campus. The Student Welcome Center is available for Campus and Housing Tours, which visit a few of our residence halls and apartment communities. This is a great opportunity for incoming students to see what their options are and truly understand why it's great to LIVE WHERE YOUR LIFE IS!


For all Guided Group tours, we require at least 10 business days notice of your visit to be able to accommodate the scheduling of our Housing Ambassadors. 

Group Tours are suggest for: 

  • Groups of 15 or more students*
  • High School and Community College students
  • Organizations such as churches, sports teams, scouting, YMCA, etc

Currently, our availability for large group tours is best on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays with special consideration available for Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Arlington Hall



Arlington Hall is a co-educational residence hall that houses 597 students. It is our largest residence hall and includes amenities like basketball and volleyball courts, multiple study and TV lounges, high-speed Wi-Fi, premium cable TV, and all-inclusive rates.
