GRA/GTA - Benefits Enrollment 2020

The deadline for enrollment for Fall 2020 is on October 1, 2020.  

GRA/GTA Benefits Information:

GRA/GTA's whose break in service is less than 1 year that will work at least 20 hours per week for the duration of 4.5 months are also part-time benefit eligible.  These employees do not need to attend the paperwork session. 

GRA/GTA's will not be able to log on to the online My UT Benefits Fall semester enrollment until 10/1/2020.  If you show proof of any medical coverage, i.e. a medical insurance card (does not have to be UTA Student insurance), UTA will waive dental and vision premiums for employee and eligible dependents  Documentation for Eligible Dependents

 Your elections must be completed within 31 days of the start date of your employment. Deadline for enrollment is 10/1/2020.  My UT Benefits will have access to benefits guides and videos to assist you with the enrollment process.

Please complete the online new employee enrollment.  You will have access the My UT Benefits portal https://www.uta.edu/hr/benefit-services/ to make your benefits elections using your net id and log in as an active employee.
