Returning GRA's/GTA's - Benefits Enrollment

The deadline for enrollment for Fall 2019 is on October 1, 2019.

Returning GRA/GTA Benefits Information:

GRA/GTA's whose break in service is less than 1 year that will work at least 20 hours per week for the duration of 4.5 months are also part-time benefit eligible.  These employees do not need to attend the paperwork session.

Please e-mail the following completed forms to benefits@uta.edu to complete the enrollment process:

1. Completed Enrollment Packet 

2. Copy of your medical insurance card or proof that you are paying for medical insurance.

3. If you will be covering your spouse/family under the dental and vision insurance, please include: Birth Certificate(s) and/or Marriage License
