Inclusion and Belonging

The Office of Talent, Culture and Inclusion was created in the Fall of 2022 to operationalize UTA’s Strategic Theme of People and Culture. Human Resources and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion have been merged to ensure better alignment. Inclusion and Belonging is a human need and an organizational asset. Here at UTA we support all our employees in reaching their full career life cycle potential by creating a culture where they are valued, accepted, and respected. Each of our efforts and resources for faculty and staff should be around the focus area of Inclusion and Belonging.
