Dr. Mary Beth Reid is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the College of Nursing and Health Innovation at UTA. She has been teaching at UTA for eight years. She holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education from the University of North Texas, a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University. Dr. Reid has been a registered nurse for 39years and holds certifications as a critical care nurse (CCRN), emergency nurse (CEN), and nurse educator (CNE).
Dr. Reid current teaches in the undergraduate nursing program for both the on campus and on line programs and coaches in the Pathophysiology and the Pharmacology on line courses. She is the Past President for the Delta Theta Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Society and is currently the Leadership Succession chair.
