Celebrate Mardi Gras with buffet at University Club

Let the good times roll for Mardi Gras at the Bourbon St. Buffet 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 13, at the University Club in Davis Hall. Cost is $8.80 per person for the meal.

The menu includes blackened chicken etouffee, ratatouille, Creole tilapia, chicken gumbo with rice, caesar salad, New Orleans-style potatoes, red beans and rice, cornbread, hush puppies, and garlic-buttered broccoli.

Finish the meal with king cake or bananas foster with caramel sauce. Try the Hurricane mocktail made with fruit punch, grenadine, and tonic water.
