New chat service begins

As of Wednesday, Sept. 11, faculty, staff, and students are able to engage with UTA personnel in real-time discussions through the new online chat service offered in contact centers for Business Affairs, the College of Nursing and Health Innovation, and the Office of Information Technology. This service allows live UTA personnel to handle multiple chats simultaneously and adds additional convenience for customers to receive real-time advice.
