Known Issues:

  • Existing SecureDoc User password must be reset to lower-case "a" prior to first time log only. UTA credentials must be used for subsequent login. 
  • The Bluetooth protocol is not supported by our full disk encryption client.  You can replace your Bluetooth keyboard and mouse with a wireless keyboard, the wired equivalent or you can logon to your laptop while it is out of the docking station, then close and dock the laptop.
  • You must be an administrator on the machine to install the software. 

How to Get: Desktop Associates and designated personnel can download the software from Desktop Support's Software Distribution folder.
