If you are starting classes in fall semester, your orientation will be a two-day experience. Our two-day orientation is filled to the brim with information and fun. Day one of orientation will focus on building connections and planning for your college journey. Day two will include your academic advising session, as well as interest sessions and an involvement fair featuring ways to join student life and services you will need outside of the classroom.
The one-day orientation for summer school or spring semester students focuses primarily on academics, though our orientation staff is always happy to help you learn more about campus involvement and student services.
Check-in for all orientation sessions begins at 8:00 am the University Center. If you need more details about your orientation, you can see the full orientation schedule in the UTA Mobile app up to 48 hours prior to your session.
