Graduate Course to Undergraduate Program Request

Graduate Course to Undergraduate Program Request

At UT Arlington, graduate level course work may be transferred as upper-division credit at the written request of the student and with the permission of the student’s academic, degree-granting program. In accordance with UT Arlington’s catalog policy that no course that has been applied to any degree, at any graduate or undergraduate institution, may be applied to any other degree, the graduate-level course requested must not have been applied to a previous degree. A statement from the institution at which the graduate-level course was earned must accompany this request, indicating that the course requested for application to the degree was not used to confer any previous degree from that institution. Until this evidence is received, the Graduate Course to Undergraduate Program Request will not be processed.
