Forum on Understanding the Genome Tuesday, October 15, 2019 9:00 - 11:00 AM The Commons, Nueces Room West Campus Open to all Faculty and Staff This forum is intended to expand the knowledge of participants in the area of genomics. The University of Texas at Arlington houses the North Texas Genome Center, in partnership with University of North Texas Health Science Center, and the critical tools being used in sequencing genomes, RNA and DNA for research and enhanced healthcare delivery. Research areas include drug development, disease prevention, cancer treatment and genetics.
