Student Organization Displays
Monday, February 23
10 am to 6 pm (see note below about times)
Nedderman Hall Atrium
Each organization will be have one 6' table and two chairs. If you need power, please notify us below. We will TRY to accommodate all needs for power.
Tables are available on a first-come, first serve basis. They will NOT be assigned in advance. You may send a representative to claim your space beginning at 8 am on Monday, February 23. Set up for the displays must be complete by 10 am.
We have invited area high school and junior high school students, as well as participants in the 2015 Science and Engineering Fair that is being held at UTA, to visit on this day and to experience our College of Engineering through the exciting student orgs. If you can't man your booth for the whole time, please leave your display up until 6 pm.
Please make sure you have at least one representative to monitor your table during the display times. You may want to consider giving away a small item and/or candy to help drive interest in your table.
