2015 Engineers Week - Departmental Displays

Departmental Displays

10 am to 2 pm
Nedderman Hall Atrium

Each department may have up to two 6' tables and four chairs. If you need power, please notify us below. We will TRY to accommodate all needs for power.

If you need more than two tables, just let us know and we'll try to accommodate your request.

Tables are available on a first-come, first serve basis. They will NOT be assigned in advance. You may send a representative to claim your space beginning at 8 am on Tuesday, February 24. Set up for the displays must be complete by 10 am.

Please make sure you have at least one representative to monitor your table during the display times. You may want to consider giving away a small item and/or candy to help drive interest in your table.
