Description of research:
My research focuses on how human and artificial cognition impact knowledge processes. Specifically, what are the implications of analytics and artificial cognitive agents on processes that were previously seen to be the domain of human exceptionality? This involves investigating how learning needs change at individual and systemic levels as well as the role of integrative cognitive processes, such as sensemaking, in how individuals orient themselves to a world defined by complexity and information abundance. The key to this exploration is the influence of beingness attributes that address the traits and values required for personal wellness.
