DLC Cover

Comprised of some of UTA’s most supportive and influential alumni, staff, faculty, and community members, the College of Science Dean’s Leadership Circle (DLC) plays an instrumental role in supporting and attracting students to UT Arlington’s College of Science by providing much-needed support. Morteza G. Khaledi, Ph.D., dean of the College of Science, views the establishment of the DLC as a crucial way to support College of Science students.

The primary purpose of the College of Science DLC is to support scholarships, travel, and research opportunities for high-achieving undergraduate and graduate students. This inaugural year, 100 percent of all donations to the Circle will be designated to provide current use scholarships. Additionally, those who give $1,000 or more will be recognized as Founding Members.
