Complaints Procedure
- Any concerns regarding LGBTQ+ Program services should first be discussed with our office staff by phone or by email.
- If a satisfactory response is not received, then the next step should be to speak to the Assistant Dean of Students, Charity Stutzman, stutzman@uta.edu.
- If a satisfactory response is not received from the Assistant Dean of Students, then Heather Snow, Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs & Dean of Students, should be contacted: hsnow@exchange.uta.edu.
- Finally, unresolved concerns/complaints should be directed to the Vice President for Student Affairs: 817-272-6080.
