Transfer Services Concerns or Complaints

  1. Any concerns regarding Transfer Services should first be discussed with our front office staff via email at utatransfernation@uta.edu or by phone (817-272-3213).
  2. If a satisfactory response is not received, then the next step should be to speak to the Director of New Maverick Orientation, David Duvall: dpduvall@uta.edu.
  3. If a satisfactory response is not received from the director, then Molly Albart, Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs, should be contacted: molly@uta.edu.
  4. Finally, unresolved concerns/complaints should be directed to the Vice President for Student Affairs: 817-272-6080.
