Voting

How to vote

To vote for your representatives, go to the E. H. Hereford University Center - in the Art Gallery (room 106) on October 22 and 23 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. to cast your ballot. You must be a currently enrolled UTA student and have a photo ID (preferably your UTA student ID).

Absentee Voting

Students who are not in attendance for the election dates must complete the Absentee Voting Online Form 72 hours prior to the first day of campus elections. Students must submit an official excused absence from the university to be permitted to participate in absentee voting. Upon such receipt, the Election Official will provide voting instructions to all remote vote requestors. Click here to access the form.

Remote Voting

Students who do not attend classes on the UT Arlington main campus during the elections, must complete the Remote Voting Online Form during the election polling hours to request an election ballot. All requests must be conducted via the online form and must be received by 2 p.m. on the final day of elections. The Election Official will provide voting instructions to all remote vote requestors.
