Communications and Marketing

The Office of Communications and Marketing serves as UTA’s in-house consulting and project management department and is responsible for the integrity, implementation, and management of the UTA brand and associated collateral.

Our highly creative and well-seasoned team develops strategic communications and marketing solutions that support and advance the mission of the University. In addition to managing high-visibility, signature projects for the University, our team helps internal colleagues and clients develop targeted solutions that reach a variety of important audiences and that deliver real results.

Communications and Marketing provides turnkey solutions from initial concept through to completed and delivered project. We provide expert project management that includes estimates, schedules, and management of external vendors. We work closely with the Office of Procurement to bid appropriate projects to external vendors for services such as printing, fulfillment, shipment, events management support, etc.

Our primary areas of focus include publications, online communications, multimedia, and advertising. We produce integrated solutions that include magazines, brochures, websites, video, photography, environmental graphics, and advertising.

We also manage all internal communications for the University including the twice-weekly MavWire e-newsletter for faculty and staff and the weekly TrailBlazer e-newsletter for students.
