MyMav Post-Upgrade Issues using Internet Explorer

The Office of Information Technology completed a software upgrade to the MyMav systems over the weekend. If you are attempting to log in using the Internet Explorer 8 browser and are experiencing problems accessing the system, please try the following steps before contacting the Help Desk:

For Internet Explorer:

1. Click Tools Menu
2. Click Delete Browsing History
3. Be sure to check the options for Temporary Internet Files and Preserve Favorites website data
4. Click the Delete button
5. If you have a bookmark to MyMav, right click on the Favorite and Choose Properties
6. Make sure that the URL points to:
7. Save the bookmark
8. Re-boot your computer

This tends to solve most of the issues. If you are still experiencing problems after completing these steps, contact the OIT Help Desk at 2-2208.
