Steps to Certifying at UTA

Step 1

All students MUST be admitted and registered in classes at UTA to have UTA process your Certification Request. UTA's Certify Online Form is required EACH semester in which a benefit is requested.

All Admissions questions need to be directed to UTA Admissions. The Veterans Upward Bound Office, located at UTA, provides college accessibility assistance to Veterans and their dependents; we suggest you contact them prior to applying for admissions.

Determine your eligibility and benefit type through The Department of Veterans Affairs at or by calling 1-888-GIBILL-1 (1-888-442-4551).
