“Literacy is a bridge from misery to hope. “
-Kofi Annan

I am a 28 year veteran teacher. I just finished my doctorate and moved from K-12 public education to Texas Woman's University. In addition to my classroom experience, I serve as an AP Rater, Table Leader, and AP Language and Composition Consultant for the College Board. I am also a textbook contributor -Ideas in Argument, teacher edition. My hope is that I can pass on to you my experience and knowledge, so you feel assured and confident in the classroom.
