As a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cybersecurity, the department is recognized for its strengths in areas like artificial intelligence, high-performance computing, software engineering, and computer security. Students have the opportunity to learn from award-winning faculty who are leaders in their fields, while working on projects that connect classroom learning to real-world impact. We offer undergraduate and graduate degrees in computer science, computer engineering, and software engineering, along with a master’s degree in data science.
