The University of Texas at Arlington's College of Engineering is the most comprehensive in North Texas and the third-largest in Texas. It offers 11 baccalaureate, 14 master's, and 9 doctoral degrees.

The College of Engineering has eight buildings dedicated to engineering education and research on campus. The Engineering Research Building, completed in 2010, is a 234,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art building that allows interdisciplinary interaction and collaboration between the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, the Department of Bioengineering and the College of Science. The Science and Engineering Innovation and Research (SEIR) Building is under construction and scheduled to open in 2018.

Our wide reach allows us to provide students with the resources, support, inspiration, and expert knowledge they need to succeed. At UT Arlington we are focused on getting new technology and products to the marketplace. The College of Engineering is on the forefront of entrepreneurship and provides faculty and graduate students with the tools they need to successfully commercialize their research.
