Request to Cancel Contract

NOTICE to those cancelling the Spring 2016 Only Contract:

Date of Cancellation Percentage of remaining housing charges due
First day of class through the 15th day of class 25%
16th day of class through the 20th day of class 50%
21st day of class through the 25th day of class 75%
After the 25th day of class 100%

NOTICE to those cancelling the Fall-Spring 2015-16 Contract:

Your residence hall contract is binding for the entire Academic Year (Fall and Spring Semesters). Cancelling your Residence Hall Contract will result in a Contract Cancellation Charge equivalent to 100% of the remaining housing charges for Spring 2016.

Early cancellation of your Residence Hall Contract is only allowed in instances of approved Academic or Military Exception.  For additional information on requesting and Academic or Military Exception, please click here.
