Lipscomb, & Trinity RAs receive a private room for the Lipscomb Double Rate.

Receive private without 1.7x rental upgrade. Value of discount: $192 - $340/month

Designated apartment at a 45% rental rate reduction.  

Maple Square, Garden Club, The Lofts, Center Point, Unversity Village, Meadow Run and Arbor Oaks receive:
1 bed/1 bath unfurnished apartment

Timber Brook & The Heights receive:
efficiency/1 bath, fully funished apartment
