The University Of Texas Board Of Regents has passed Regents Rule 50402, which now requires only F1, F2, J1 and J2 enrolled international students to have medical insurance compliant with the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA).
This is a wonderful opportunity for all UTA international students to learn more about managing their money in the United States. Co-hosted by the Student Money Management Center, the seminar will serve to inform students of the most efficient ways to manage their monetary situations and answer common questions about the US financial culture. This event is open to all UTA students and will be held in Palo Pinto, University Center on September 4, 2015 from 2:00-4:00 pm.
