ATTENTION: UT Arlington will be closed from Monday, December 25th through January 3rd for the Winter Break. PDF transcript orders that can be automatically authorized will still be sent during the break. FedEx service will be stopped at 2:00 pm on December 22nd and resume on January 3rd. Any orders (mail only) that complete after 12:00pm on December 22nd will not be mailed out until Tuesday, January 3rd. Transcripts for pick up will still be available on December 22nd through 5:00pm. You may still place orders throughout the break. Thank you and enjoy the holidays.
You may order your transcript from your Student Center in MyMav, www.uta.edu/mymav.
Click on the Request Official Transcript link under the Academic Services Links box on the bottom right side of the Student Center.
Your MyMav transcript request is securely linked to the TranscriptsPlus System hosted by Credentials, Inc. Credentials, Inc. is the vendor The University of Texas at Arlington contracts with to provide transcripts through an encrypted and secure service.
You can order a transcript anytime and from virtually anywhere. You may order transcripts online 24/7 by clicking on the "Request Official Transcript" link on the bottom right side of your Student Center. Orders being mailed will need to be paid with a credit card online; however, if you are picking up the transcript, then you have the option to pay in person with cash, check or credit card at the time of pick up. (Available after noon the next business day)
If you need your transcript quickly it is highly recommended that you choose the PDF delivery option, as it can take up to 10 business days from the day your order is completed for you to receive a transcript sent via 1st class mail. However, please be aware that when sending a PDF transcript to yourself, it cannot then be forwarded to a different email address. Forwarding a PDF transcript makes it unofficial. If your transcript is going to a third party, you should have it sent directly to their email address, this ensures that the transcript will still be considered an official University document.
If you are currently, or ever have been, an undergraduate UT Arlington student requesting admission to the UTA Graduate School, then you do not need to order a transcript. The Office of Graduate Studies has access to view transcripts.
