Animals join Jack Hanna on stage

Jungle Jack Hanna will bring a few friends from the Dallas Zoo to the Maverick Speakers Series event at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5, at College Park Center. The animal expert plans to bring a cheetah, African crested porcupine, prehensile porcupine, tamandua, African penguin, flamingo, dwarf crocodile, black-and-white tegu, radiated tortoise, sloth, armadillo, owls, and snakes. Tickets are still available for the VIP reception. Faculty and staff tickets are free; limit two.

CoNHI receives top rankings

College Factual ranks the College of Nursing and Health Innovation No. 1 in Texas and No. 10 nationally for non-traditional students, and No. 3 in the nation for veteran friendliness. Read more.
