Report close contact with COVID-19 patient

If a student, faculty, or staff member comes into close contact (within 6 feet) with an individual who has been tested and diagnosed with COVID-19, he or she is required to complete the Close Contact form. Read more at uta.edu/coronavirus.

Report personal travel abroad

Personal international travel information must be reported as soon as possible through the international travel form.

Domestic trips discouraged

University-sponsored domestic travel is highly discouraged. For an essential business trip, submit a travel authorization through UT Share for review. Final approval is given by the appropriate dean or unit head.
