All Faculty and Staff are required to complete the COVID-19 Return-to-Campus Training in Canvas before the start date of the repopulation phase that includes their department. For those essential employees already working on campus, please complete the training no later than Friday, July 10.

Face masks required in campus buildings
|
|
UT Arlington requires that everyone wear face masks or coverings in campus buildings, including during classes. The only exceptions are when in private offices, alone in labs, and in apartment or residence hall rooms.

Canvas allows non-UTA users
|
|
Canvas and Canvas Catalog have a new site with separate login for non-UTA and UTA users, if they have not already logged in to one of UTA's other systems.

ID expiration for visiting scholars
|
|
A revision has been made to Procedure CO-ID-PR3 Sponsored Affiliate Identification Cards (Mav Express ID) to add an expiration date to requests for access for visiting scholars.

UTA-branded PPE
|
|
UTA-branded face masks and other personal protective equipment can be purchased from a limited number of vendors approved by UT System.

SAC staff conference
|
|
Registration is open for the Staff Conference Tuesday-Thursday, July 14-16, via Teams. One-hour virtual sessions are offered at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. each day. All employees are welcome to attend.

Early voting at MAC
|
|
Early voting for the July 14 Texas primary runoff election is today, Thursday, July 2, and Sunday-Friday, July 5-10, at the Maverick Activities Center. See times/days. Voters must wear masks inside the building and maintain social distancing.

University Center hours
|
|
Starting Monday, July 6, hours change at the University Center to 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday and 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday-Sunday.

Food Pantry donations

Needs at the UTA/Tri-C Food Pantry include crackers (such as saltines or Ritz), oatmeal, cookies, mac and cheese, and toothbrushes. To donate, call 817-933-6520.

Request a ride around UTA
|
|
