The Office of Human Resources will begin using the UTShare ePerformance module for the 2020 staff performance evaluation cycle that begins in January. ePerformance will replace the current PDF process for all staff employees.
ePerformance is an online platform within UTShare that will allow employees to complete self-evaluations and managers to complete performance evaluations. The platform offers built-in workflow and automated messages to guide the employee and manager through the process.
To assist with this transition, HR will be hosting informational sessions at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Thursday Jan. 7. Register online.
