Enter COVID-19 vaccine proof by today for chance at prizes

Today, Wednesday, Oct. 6, is the last chance to enter the Maverick Motivator Program to win prizes for being vaccinated against COVID‑19.

A walk-in-only clinic has the FDA-approved Pfizer vaccine 9 a.m.-4 p.m. today at the Maverick Activities Center. If you received your first vaccine dose at the Sept. 15 clinic, you are eligible to receive your second dose.

Regardless of where you received your vaccine, upload proof of full vaccination to the COVID‑19 Self Report portal in MyMav by 11:59 p.m. today for a chance to receive prizes.

The new COVID‑19 Dashboard captures the latest data and status of COVID‑19 in the UTA community since the onset of the University's required COVID‑19 testing protocol on Aug. 13.

Walktober deadline Friday

An active lifestyle is fundamental to feeling and being your best. A good way to start is to join Walktober, the UT System 2021 Fall Fitness Wellness Challenge. The last day to register for this friendly competition—as an individual or a team—is Friday, Oct. 8.

The 28-day Walktober challenge runs through Sunday, Oct. 31, and is open to all UT SELECT medical plan members and dependents age 18 and above.
