COVID-19 vaccine clinic today at MAC

UTA is offering a free, walk-in-only COVID‑19 vaccine clinic 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 12, in Room 102B in the Maverick Activities Center. The clinic is open to UTA students, employees, and their families and dependents.

Individuals 12 years and older can receive first and second doses of both the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. Booster doses are available for all eligible individuals. Contact covidvaccine@uta.edu with any questions.

Additional clinics will be held 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesdays, Jan. 19, and Feb. 2. To find a vaccine or booster off campus, enter your zip code into the CDC’s COVID‑19 vaccine finder.

Required COVID-19 testing through Feb. 4

Regardless of vaccination status, all students and employees coming to campus in any capacity for the spring semester must provide proof of a viral COVID‑19 test by Feb. 4, 2022. Tests taken before Jan. 3 will not be accepted. Contact covidtesting@uta.edu with questions.

UTA has a number of free on-campus testing options, and results will automatically be reported to the University. Results from off-campus testing sites also will be accepted, though you will not be reimbursed for costs and will need to upload results to the COVID Self-Report portal in MyMav.

If you have trouble finding or using the portal, contact the OIT Help Desk.
