UT Arlington to open at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 5

The University of Texas at Arlington will open at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 5, due to sleet and snow accumulations and icy road conditions that are expected to subside by mid-morning. The UT Arlington Fort Worth Center, the UT Arlington Research Institute in Fort Worth, and all other UT Arlington locations also will open at 11 a.m.

The Connection Café in the E.H. Hereford University Center will open at 7 a.m. as scheduled to serve students.

Please continue to monitor University email, the UT Arlington home page, www.uta.edu , and the official UT Arlington Facebook and Twitter feeds for updates. Notices also will be distributed to area media outlets.

The University's Emergency Information Hotline at 1-866-258-4913 also always has the current status of all operations.
