Recreation Movement: Runner

Recreation Movement free for students

UTA joins more than 100 colleges and universities from across the country in Recreation Movement, a fitness program about staying active together, even when we’re socially distant.

All UTA students are able to participate in the free program.

Create an account using your UTA email address for free access to live and pre-recorded workout classes from UTA and across the county. After each class, log your total number of active minutes and watch as your schools’ total minutes stack up against other participating schools.

In addition to class participation, any physical activity counts: walk, roll, run, bike, and more. Take a class, complete a daily challenge, show everyone how you #RecAtHome with #RecMovement (don’t forget to use the hashtags), and keep moving.
