Daily Self-Check before Coming to Campus. All students must take their temperature daily before going to campus. If you experience any symptoms that are new, worsening or not normal for you, please remain or return home.

Return to primarily in-person classes

UTA will continue reduced density classes and begin pivoting back to primarily in-person instruction by no later than Monday, Sept. 20. Individual instructors will inform students if their class plans to pivot to in-person instruction before Sept. 20. Read the message from UTA Interim President Teik Lim.

Have required COVID test by Wednesday

Make an appointment for your free on-campus COVID-19 testing by Wednesday, Sept. 8. All students who come to any UTA campus in any capacity, regardless of vaccination status, are required to submit a viral test by Wednesday.

On-campus test results are automatically reported. Off-campus test results must be uploaded to the COVID‑19 Self Report portal in MyMav.

On-campus vaccine clinic next week

The next free, walk-in-only, on-campus COVID‑19 vaccination clinic is 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 15, in the exercise rooms of the Maverick Activities Center. If you can’t make it, find another vaccine opportunity.

Upload proof of vaccination to the COVID-19 Self Report portal in MyMav by Monday, Oct. 4, to be eligible for prizes in the Maverick Motivator Program.
