Anthem Cycle- An uplifting 45-minute cycle class combining all types of Spanish music ranging from Banda all the way to Reggaeton. Limit to 12 participants.

 

Barre- Set to fun and energetic music, each class incorporates an upper body workout with weights and a combination of high-intensity sequences of the thigh, seat, and core exercises. Improving strength, more elongated muscles, and flexibility are key. Each class is designed to leave you feeling invigorated, challenged, and inspired.

 

Cycle- Go for a spin! This ride is for everyone. Try this class of high intensity, medium impact cardio training in your target heart rate zone. Towel and water required. Limit to 12 participants.

 

Dumbbells & Dragons- Calling all dragon riders, knights, and rangers. It’s time to get fit! Dumbbells & Dragons combines martial arts, yoga, Pilates and more for a full body workout to help you take on the world.

 

Pilates- The Pilates Method is a full-body conditioning program that develops deep abdominal and back strength, together with increased flexibility and ease of movement. This class is aimed at “core stability,” designed to work on lengthening muscles to help tone and strengthen muscles, using breathing to enhance relaxation.

 

Resistance Training*-This dynamic workout will target major muscle groups, enhance strength, and tone with a mix of challenging exercises designed to leave you empowered and energized.

 

Strength Training- A great class that will use a variety of equipment that will tone & strengthen your entire body. This class will have you sweating hard and feeling accomplished.

 

Strength & Conditioning- This is a full body workout designed to work on your strength, ignite your muscles and build solid power. We will focus on using added resistance and body weight to strengthen muscles and increase muscular endurance. Our priority is to deliver a fun, safe, and effective workout but to also move our bodies and have fun.

 

Sunrise Cycle- Start your morning off right with early morning ride. Enjoy this intense cardio focused sprint class while climbing some hill as the sun rises to the sky. Limit to 12 participants.

 

Xplosion Xpress*- This 45-minute class is a full body workout that will have you feeling strong and powerful. There will be various stations that you will move through which will target different muscles of your body, build strength and cardiovascular endurance. Limit to 10 participants.

 

Yoga- This mind and body class utilizes yoga movements to improve your flexibility, posture, strength, and balance. Bringing attention and focus to your breath while continuous flowing from one posture to the next.

MAC in Motion

Looking for something different at your organization’s next meeting or event? Have a certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor come to you for a special event, fitness class, or fitness and wellness presentation! MAC in Motion events are $40.00 at the MAC. All classes offered off-site will be $50.00. Reservation requests must be completed at least 30 days in advance. Confirmation of date and time is dependent on availability of instructor and room.
