Duo, UTA's NetIDplus provider, no longer supports the BlackBerry Duo Mobile app. After Feb. 1, 2017, the app will be permanently removed from the BlackBerry World app store. Push notification and password generation will continue to function on BlackBerry devices. The Office of Information Technology recommends the use of alternative NetIDplus methods for authenticating, such as phone calls or text messaging options.
