Dr. David A. Mack
Dr. David A. Mack is the Associate Dean for Communications and Executive Education for the College of Business, directs the college’s domestic EMBA program, and serves as a member of the Academy’s faculty. He received his Ph.D. from UT Arlington in May 2000. He previously earned an MBA in Entrepreneurship from DePaul University in 1993.
Dr. Mack has published a number of articles and book chapters on leadership, job stress, workplace violence, and small business. He teaches courses at the undergraduate and graduate level, including the College’s EMBA program in China.
Dr. Mack has had extensive management experience in the insurance and financial services industry. He is currently a co-owner, with his wife, of a financial services marketing/management business in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. He also serves on boards at the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, The Arlington Chamber of Commerce and the U. S. Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce. He recently retired as the longest serving member of the board of directors of The Fourth Street Child and Parent Learning Center, a non-profit school for developmentally challenged children in Arlington.
