Fraternity and Sorority Community GRADE Reports:

on and off campus Event planning documents and Policies (including green/outdoor areas)

On-campus events, activities and meetings must be registered through Student Activities and Organizations.  All on and off-campus events with alcohol present at the event or location must be registered through Student Activities and Organizations.  All off-campus events that do not involve alcohol should be registered to assist with recognition and publicity.

For Events with Alcohol, complete the following forms and schedule a meeting with a F&SL staff member at least 2 weeks ahead of your planned event.

Student Travel

Only needed if traveling outside of DFW Metroplex for an event that involves alcohol.  ALL THREE DOCUMENTS MUST BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED AT THE SAME TIME. If you have questions on how to fill out these University required documents, please contact the Fraternity and Sorority Life staff at least seven (7) days prior to travel.  Even if traveling outside of the university metroplex and alcohol is not involved in the event these travel documents can be a good resources and are encouraged.
