With almost 2,000 residents moving out of the Residence Halls in less than one week and our student staff having to meet with every one of them and still balance their finals schedule, it is important that you understand the procedures to ensure a smooth and quick move-out process.
Review the Check Out Procedures, emailed to residents at the end of each semester, to help you properly check out and avoid fines. Residents who do not follow the procedures could be assessed an improper checkout fee.
LIVING ON CAMPUS
As the smallest of the five residence halls, housing 96 residents (47 men and 49 women), Brazos is a historic landmark to our campus and is known for its sociable and family-like environment. Residents living in Brazos return year after year, giving the hall the highest return rate. Brazos residents as far back as the 1940s still drop by to visit the “55-room mansion.”
