UTA is partnering with Texas Health to provide access to COVID‑19 vaccines for all interested employees and students. The vaccine is free of charge and will be administered at six Texas Health Community Clinics around the DFW Metroplex.

These clinics are open to the public, but UTA employees and students have priority access. Texas Health is administering the Pfizer vaccine; you can view a fact sheet on this vaccine in English or in Spanish.

If you would like to receive the vaccine, here’s what to do and know:

  1. Use UTA’s custom link to register and indicate your interest: https://www.TexasHealth.org/UTA
  2. Once you have completed step 1, you will receive an email with a Personal Access Code.
  3. Using your Personal Access Code, you will be allowed to schedule your appointment at a location and time convenient for you.

This opportunity is for your first dose of the COVID‑19 vaccine only. You will be given instructions on scheduling your second dose at your first-dose appointment.

With UTA’s priority access, you will be able to schedule your appointment for as soon as 48 hours from the time you register. This opportunity is intended only for UTA employees and students and cannot be forwarded or transferred.

Texas Health has provided additional information and FAQs at TexasHealth.org/vaccine. UTA has also aggregated COVID‑19 Vaccination Information and Resources for our community.
